Occasional Athlete
For the occasional athlete, we recommend coming for a drop in, or a consult to figure out what's best for you. We recommend basic knowledge of how to perform olympic lifts, and power lifts. As well as having a baseline of conditioning. Dropping in to join the class or do the baseline workout to see where you're at is what we recommend. If no prior knowledge in how to lift a barbell, we recommend either the 3 day fundamentals, or the 20min technique sessions.
